CVL667 (F&T) : The initial report of the Project Study due by March 9th.

Dear Students,

You are suppose to submit your project study report by 9th March.

The submission has to be done at the HOD's office.

Failing to submit the report, you will loose 20% of your total CA score, and you may have difficulty passing the course.

The CR of the class are requested to provide information regarding report requirements.

M Tech (Spring Batch): Seminar/Project assessment during Feb 9-13

In continuation with the previous posting on Feb 3, the interested students are requested to submit their names to the Program Coordinators by Mon, Feb 9, 4 pm. The assessment is scheduled for the week of Feb 9-13, however final scheduling is contingent upon receipt of interest from students.

If no names are received by the deadline, the examination will take place at its usual time along with term-end examination.

Technical Seminar and Project Evaluation Scheme for Spring Batch-Civil Engg. Dept.

M Tech, Spring batch students would be allowed to go through the internal and 

external assessment of Technical Seminar and Project as per the following 

tentative schedule.

Interim (Internal) Assessment: Week of Feb 9-14 

Final (External) Assessment: to be announced later

This assessment is open to all spring batch students, irrespective of whether 

they stay on campus for the term or finish their dissertations back in Nigeria.

The internal assessment will be carried out by a panel of dept. faculty; while 

the external assessment will be conducted by an External Expert (appointed 

by CoE & SET) along with internal faculty members.

The internal assessment would be based on oral presentations as well as 

submission of reports for the project and seminar made to the faculty panel. 

The external assessment will be based on oral presentations for each component. 

The dissertation-1 will be assessed as per the examination schedule for this 

semester, decided by the CoE. The dates will be announced as and when available.

Note: Any student who is not available  during this schedule will take the 

examination along with the Dissertation assessment.

Note 2: If there are any issues with these dates, kindly meet with HoD Sir 

and clarify by 2 pm on Feb 4. No changes will be made in the schedule later.

This is the final notice regarding the Dubai trip, all the interested students who are still willing to go can get registered latest by 2pm on 4^th Feb, after that no more queries will be entertained.

To all those students who have submitted the first installment of Rs. 10000/-, kindly submit the second installment of Rs. 15000/- by tomorrow, so as we can get the tickets reserved as soon as possible.
